"Spinning Rock Boogie" - I'm asking for your opinion

I'm asking for your opinion.
I'm listening and I think that Hank C. Burnette's "Spinning Rock Boogie" is actually just Arthur Smith's "Guitar Boogie", later as "Guitar Boogie Shuffle" by The Virtues in the US and by Bert Weedon in the UK.
Or do I have bad ears and am I wrong?
